About Me

My name is Debra Gulick and I am the CEO of Educational Consulting. 

After spending my career in New Jersey's public schools and colleges, I now work with teachers and administrators to support effective instruction, student engagement and data-driven decision making.

I hold degrees in Engineering (Lafayette College) and Educational Leadership (Kean). I have taught mathematics at the high school and college level, and served as the Supervisor of Mathematics,Title I Coordinator, Director of Evaluation and Professional Development, Director of Curriculum & Instruction, Chief Academic Officer,  and Superintendent of Schools. My certifications as K-12 Mathematics Teacher, Supervisor, Principal, Chief School Administrator and School Business Administrator (CE) provide a strong background for finding solutions to complex issues.
